Work as Worship (1-Day Conference)

John Heston’s Retirement Events

February 24 at 7 p.m. – Card shower with pie in the Fellowship hall following Saturday evening services.

February 25 at 9:45 a.m.  – Card shower with donuts in the Fellowship hall during the Sunday School hour.

 

Daddy/Daughter Banquet

February 25 at 6 p.m.

Dad’s and daughters of all ages are invited to attend the annual Daddy/Daughter banquet. Dinner and a dance.  This year’s theme is a 50’s style sock hop, with a prize awarded to the best costume! Tickets, $10 each will be available beginning February 4 at the Welcome Center or by calling the main office.

 

Round 6: Family Game Night

February 28 at 6 p.m.

Meal of Pulled Pork and Hot Dogs in the Family Life Center Gym with “Family Game Night”. The meal is prepared by Pairs & Spares, Lamplighters and Life Together. A $2 donation per person is appreciated, but not required. Please plan to attend this event as a family.

 

Bloom

March 1, from 7-8 p.m. in the Family Life Center

Join women of all ages at Bloom for encouragement and a time to learn more about Eden’s Glory a ministry in our county. We gather the first Thursday each month. For more information email bri@greenvillefcc.org

 

Estate Planning Seminar

March 11 from 2-4:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center

Did you know that estate planning is not just for death planning? Estate planning is actually living planning. Estate plans are designed so you can use your resources for your maximum benefit now, in the event of any disability, and at any point in the future, whether that be retirement or any other stage in life. Estate plans ensure that you are prepared to handle life’s realities that come your way.

Learn more about estate planning by attending our free Estate Planning Seminar to be held on Sunday, March 11, at 2:00 p.m. Hear representatives from the Estate Planning Department of Lincoln Christian University explain how you can accomplish your desires for your estate. You won’t want to miss it! Register at the Welcome Center so we can prepare refreshments. Also, babysitting is available by reservation only. Contact the church office with questions.

Schedule a 15 minute appointment spot to have your picture taken to help us keep our church directory updated each year. If you were unable to participate last year, are new to the church family or if your family has changed since last year please plan to participate. No cost. You receive a free 8 x 10 and a copy of the church directory. Pictures are taken in room 218.
